Refund policy

You can return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt (30 days for international orders) items excluded from this policy are listed below

➺ For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings unless damaged/faulty

➺ Custom / made to order pieces 

➺ All items must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging with all tags intact.

** Please note that you the customer are responsible for all return shipping costs and will not be refunded for any shipping costs. We always advise returning items via tracked mail as the refund will not be issued until we are in receipt of the goods.

As soon as the return has been received your refund will be processed, please allow your bank or credit card company time to process the refund.
